We’re back from Honduras with full hearts and so much to reflect on from what we were privileged to be part of.

This trip was intentionally focused on Lomas and on deepening our connection with our sponsored children. Every team member had the meaningful opportunity to meet their sponsored child in person, spend unhurried time together, and step into their world by meeting families and building relationships that go far beyond letters and distance.

Our days were filled with so many spirit-filled moments; playing with our sponsored children and the wider community, laughing and learning alongside them, encouraging seniors in Lomas, praying with families, and serving together as we installed water filters that will bring lasting impact. And woven through it all was the quiet, powerful work of the Holy Spirit in each of us; shaping, softening, and reminding us of what it means to love and be present.

It wasn’t just a trip of what we did, but of what we experienced together: connection, joy, and transformation in both Lomas and in our own hearts.
